Verse 82

Mine eyes faile for thy promes, saying, when wilt thou comfort me?

Ps 69:3 : 3 I am wearie of crying: my throte is drie: mine eyes faile, whiles I waite for my God.
Ps 119:123 : 123 Mine eyes haue failed in waiting for thy saluation, and for thy iust promes.
Prov 13:12 : 12 The hope that is deferred, is the fainting of the heart: but when the desire commeth, it is as a tree of life.
Isa 38:11 : 11 I said, I shall not see the Lord, euen the Lord in the land of the liuing: I shall see man no more among the inhabitants of the world.
Lam 2:11 : 11 Mine eyes doe saile with teares: my bowels swell: my liuer is powred vpon the earth, for the destructio of the daughter of my people, because the children and sucklings swoone in the streetes of the citie.
Ps 86:17 : 17 Shew a token of thy goodnes towarde me, that they which hate me, may see it, and be ashamed, because thou, O Lord, hast holpen me and comforted me.
Ps 90:13-15 : 13 Returne (O Lord, howe long?) and be pacified toward thy seruants. 14 Fill vs with thy mercie in the morning: so shall we reioyce and be glad all our dayes. 15 Comfort vs according to the dayes that thou hast afflicted vs, and according to the yeeres that we haue seene euill.
Deut 28:32 : 32 Thy sonnes & thy daughters shalbe giuen vnto another people, and thine eyes shal still looke for them, euen till they fall out, and there shalbe no power in thine hand.
