Verse 9

From the wicked that oppresse mee, from mine enemies, which compasse me round about for my soule.

1 Sam 24:11 : 11 (24:12) Moreouer my father, behold: behold, I say, the lappe of thy garment in mine hand: for when I cut off the lappe of thy garment, I killed thee not. Vnderstad & see, that there is neither euil nor wickednesse in mee, neither haue I sinned against thee, yet thou huntest after my soule to take it.
1 Chr 17:9 : 9 (Also I will appoynt a place for my people Israel, and will plant it, that they may dwell in their place, and moue no more: neither shall the wicked people vexe them any more, as at the beginning,
Ps 7:5 : 5 Then let the enemie persecute my soule and take it: yea, let him treade my life downe vpon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
Ps 31:20 : 20 Thou doest hide them priuily in thy presence from the pride of men: thou keepest them secretly in thy Tabernacle from the strife of tongues.
Ps 35:4 : 4 Let them be confounded & put to shame, that seeke after my soule: let them be turned backe, and brought to confusion, that imagine mine hurt.
Ps 35:7 : 7 For without cause they haue hid the pit & their net for me: without cause haue they digged a pit for my soule.
Ps 35:12 : 12 They rewarded me euill for good, to haue spoyled my soule.
