Verse 15

The mountaine of God is like the mountaine of Bashan: it is an high Mountaine, as mount Bashan.

Deut 3:10 : 10 All the cities of the plaine, and all Gilead, and all Bashan vnto Salchah, and Edrei, cities of the kingdome of Og in Bashan.
Ps 2:6 : 6 Euen I haue set my King vpon Zion mine holy mountaine.
Ps 78:68-69 : 68 But chose the tribe of Iudah, and mount Zion which he loued. 69 And he built his Sanctuarie as an high palace, like the earth, which he stablished for euer.
Ps 87:1-2 : 1 A Psalme or song committed to the sonnes of Korah. God layde his foundations among the holy mountaines. 2 The Lord loueth the gates of Zion aboue all the habitations of Iaakob.
Isa 2:2-3 : 2 It shall be in the last dayes, that the mountaine of the house of the Lorde shalbe prepared in the top of the mountaines, and shall be exalted aboue the hilles, and all nations shall flowe vnto it. 3 And many people shall go, and say, Come, and let vs go vp to the mountaine of the Lord, to the house of the God of Iaakob, and hee will teach vs his wayes, and we will walke in his paths: for the Lawe shall go foorth of Zion, and the worde of the Lord from Ierusalem,
Mic 7:14 : 14 Feed thy people with thy rod, the flocke of thine heritage (which dwell solitarie in the wood) as in the middes of Carmel: let them feede in Bashan and Gilead, as in olde time.
