Verse 2

And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.

Lev 21:7 : 7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.
Lev 21:14 : 14 A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
Lev 22:13 : 13 But if the priest's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: but there shall no stranger eat thereof.
Num 30:9 : 9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
Ezek 44:22 : 22 Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her that is put away: but they shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Israel, or a widow that had a priest before.
Matt 5:32 : 32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
Mark 10:11 : 11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
1 Cor 7:15 : 15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
