Verse 6

Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.

1 Tim 5:23 : 23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.
1 Sam 1:10 : 10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.
