Verse 14

Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Ps 97:2 : 2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
Ps 85:13 : 13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
Ps 89:2 : 2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
Deut 32:4 : 4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
