Verse 9

For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.

Deut 25:19 : 19 Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to possess it, [that] thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget [it].
1 Kgs 8:56 : 56 Blessed [be] the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.
1 Chr 23:25 : 25 For David said, The LORD God of Israel hath given rest unto his people, that they may dwell in Jerusalem for ever:
Ps 95:11 : 11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.
Mic 2:10 : 10 Arise ye, and depart; for this [is] not [your] rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy [you], even with a sore destruction.
Heb 4:8-9 : 8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. 9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
