Verse 23

And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, [and] blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

Gen 41:6 : 6 And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them.
2 Kgs 19:26 : 26 Therefore their inhabitants were of small power, they were dismayed and confounded; they were [as] the grass of the field, and [as] the green herb, [as] the grass on the housetops, and [as corn] blasted before it be grown up.
Ps 129:6-7 : 6 Let them be as the grass [upon] the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up: 7 Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.
