¶ The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips.

Prov 15:28 : 28 ¶ The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.
Matt 12:34-35 : 34 ‹O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.› 35 ‹A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.›
Col 3:16 : 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
