Verse 89

¶ LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

1 Pet 1:25 : 25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
Ps 89:2 : 2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
Ps 119:160 : 160 ¶ Thy word [is] true [from] the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments [endureth] for ever.
Matt 5:18 : 18 ‹For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.›
Matt 24:34-35 : 34 ‹Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.› 35 ‹Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.›
Ps 119:152 : 152 ¶ Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
2 Pet 3:13 : 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
