Og jeg så et annet tegn i himmelen, stort og fantastisk, syv engler som hadde de syv siste plagene; for i dem er Guds vrede fullført.

And I saw another sign in heaven, gat and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

Og jeg så noe som lignet et hav av glass blandet med ild, og de som hadde seiret over dyret og dets bilde og dets merke og tallet på dets navn, sto på glasshavet og hadde Guds harper.

And I saw as it we a sea of glass mingled with fi: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Og de sang Moses' sang, Guds tjener, og Lammets sang, og de sa: Store og fantastiske er dine verk, Herre Gud Allmektig; rettferdige og sanne er dine veier, du hellige kongen.

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Gat and marvellous a thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true a thy ways, thou King of saints.

Hvem skulle ikke frykte deg, Herre, og glorifisere ditt navn? For du alene er hellig; for alle nasjoner skal komme og tilbe for deg, fordi dine dommer er blitt åpenbare.

Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship befo thee; for thy judgments a made manifest.

Og etter dette så jeg, og se, tempelet i himmelen, vitnesbyrdets tabernakel, ble åpnet.

And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

Og de syv englene kom ut av tempelet, med de syv plagene, kledd i rent og hvitt lin, og de hadde beltene spent rundt brystet med gullbelter.

And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pu and white linen, and having their basts girded with golden girdles.

Og et av de fire dyrene gav de syv englene syv gullskåler fylt med Guds vrede, han som lever for evig og alltid.

And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

Og tempelet ble fylt med røyk fra Guds herlighet og fra hans kraft; og ingen kunne gå inn i tempelet før de syv plagene til de syv englene var fullført.

And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels we fulfilled.
