Verse 1

Now king David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he gat no heat.

Josh 23:1-2 : 1 And it came to pass a long time after that the LORD had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, that hua waxed old and stricken in age. 2 And hua called for all Israel, and for their elders, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers, and said unto them, I am old and stricken in age:
2 Sam 5:4 : 4 David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years.
1 Chr 23:1 : 1 So when David was old and full of days, he made Solomon his son king over Israel.
1 Chr 29:27-28 : 27 And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem. 28 And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honour: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead.
Ps 90:10 : 10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
Luke 1:7 : 7 And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.
