Verse 31

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Isa 33:14 : 14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
Matt 10:28 : 28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Luke 12:5 : 5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
Heb 12:29 : 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Heb 10:27 : 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
