Verse 9

Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment.

Matt 11:25 : 25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.
Job 12:20 : 20 He removeth away the speech of the trusty, and taketh away the understanding of the aged.
Eccl 4:13 : 13 Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished.
