(Which he had pmised afore by his pphets in the holy scriptures,)

Titus 1:2 : 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Luke 1:70 : 70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:
Rom 3:2 : 2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
