Verse 17

And Jehoiada{H3077} made{H3772}{(H8799)} a covenant{H1285} between the LORD{H3068} and the king{H4428} and the people{H5971}, that they should be the LORD'S{H3068} people{H5971}; between the king{H4428} also and the people{H5971}.

Neh 5:12-13 : 12 Then said{H559}{(H8799)} they, We will restore{H7725}{(H8686)} them, and will require{H1245}{(H8762)} nothing of them; so will we do{H6213}{(H8799)} as thou sayest{H559}{(H8802)}.
