Jer 23:11-22 : 11 For both prophet{H5030} and priest{H3548} are profane{H2610}{(H8804)}; yea, in my house{H1004} have I found{H4672}{(H8804)} their wickedness{H7451}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}. 12 Wherefore their way{H1870} shall be unto them as slippery{H2519} ways in the darkness{H653}: they shall be driven on{H1760}{(H8735)}, and fall{H5307}{(H8804)} therein: for I will bring{H935}{(H8686)} evil{H7451} upon them, even the year{H8141} of their visitation{H6486}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}. 13 And I have seen{H7200}{(H8804)} folly{H8604} in the prophets{H5030} of Samaria{H8111}; they prophesied{H5012}{(H8694)} in Baal{H1168}, and caused my people{H5971} Israel{H3478} to err{H8582}{(H8686)}. 14 I have seen{H7200}{(H8804)} also in the prophets{H5030} of Jerusalem{H3389} an horrible thing{H8186}: they commit adultery{H5003}{(H8800)}, and walk{H1980}{(H8800)} in lies{H8267}: they strengthen{H2388}{(H8765)} also the hands{H3027} of evildoers{H7489}{(H8688)}, that none{H376} doth return{H7725}{(H8804)} from his wickedness{H7451}: they are all of them unto me as Sodom{H5467}, and the inhabitants{H3427}{(H8802)} thereof as Gomorrah{H6017}. 15 Therefore thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068} of hosts{H6635} concerning the prophets{H5030}; Behold, I will feed{H398}{(H8688)} them with wormwood{H3939}, and make them drink{H8248}{(H8689)} the water{H4325} of gall{H7219}: for from the prophets{H5030} of Jerusalem{H3389} is profaneness{H2613} gone forth{H3318}{(H8804)} into all the land{H776}. 16 Thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068} of hosts{H6635}, Hearken{H8085}{(H8799)} not unto the words{H1697} of the prophets{H5030} that prophesy{H5012}{(H8737)} unto you: they make you vain{H1891}{(H8688)}: they speak{H1696}{(H8762)} a vision{H2377} of their own heart{H3820}, and not out of the mouth{H6310} of the LORD{H3068}. 17 They say{H559}{(H8802)} still{H559}{(H8800)} unto them that despise{H5006}{(H8764)} me, The LORD{H3068} hath said{H1696}{(H8765)}, Ye shall have peace{H7965}; and they say{H559}{(H8804)} unto every one that walketh{H1980}{(H8802)} after the imagination{H8307} of his own heart{H3820}, No evil{H7451} shall come{H935}{(H8799)} upon you. 18 For who hath stood{H5975}{(H8804)} in the counsel{H5475} of the LORD{H3068}, and hath perceived{H7200}{(H8799)} and heard{H8085}{(H8799)} his word{H1697}? who hath marked{H7181}{(H8689)} his word{H1697}, and heard{H8085}{(H8799)} it? 19 Behold, a whirlwind{H5591} of the LORD{H3068} is gone forth{H3318}{(H8804)} in fury{H2534}, even a grievous{H2342}{(H8711)} whirlwind{H5591}: it shall fall grievously{H2342}{(H8799)} upon the head{H7218} of the wicked{H7563}. 20 The anger{H639} of the LORD{H3068} shall not return{H7725}{(H8799)}, until he have executed{H6213}{(H8800)}, and till he have performed{H6965}{(H8687)} the thoughts{H4209} of his heart{H3820}: in the latter{H319} days{H3117} ye shall consider{H995}{(H8709)} it perfectly{H998}. 21 I have not sent{H7971}{(H8804)} these prophets{H5030}, yet they ran{H7323}{(H8804)}: I have not spoken{H1696}{(H8765)} to them, yet they prophesied{H5012}{(H8738)}. 22 But if they had stood{H5975}{(H8804)} in my counsel{H5475}, and had caused my people{H5971} to hear{H8085}{(H8686)} my words{H1697}, then they should have turned{H7725}{(H8686)} them from their evil{H7451} way{H1870}, and from the evil{H7455} of their doings{H4611}.
Jer 23:25-26 : 25 I have heard{H8085}{(H8804)} what the prophets{H5030} said{H559}{(H8804)}, that prophesy{H5012}{(H8737)} lies{H8267} in my name{H8034}, saying{H559}{(H8800)}, I have dreamed{H2492}{(H8804)}, I have dreamed{H2492}{(H8804)}. 26 How long shall this be{H3426} in the heart{H3820} of the prophets{H5030} that prophesy{H5012}{(H8737)} lies{H8267}? yea, they are prophets{H5030} of the deceit{H8649} of their own heart{H3820};
Jer 27:14 : 14 Therefore hearken{H8085}{(H8799)} not unto the words{H1697} of the prophets{H5030} that speak{H559}{(H8802)} unto you, saying{H559}{(H8800)}, Ye shall not serve{H5647}{(H8799)} the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}: for they prophesy{H5012}{(H8737)} a lie{H8267} unto you.
Jer 27:18 : 18 But if they be prophets{H5030}, and if the word{H1697} of the LORD{H3068} be{H3426} with them, let them now make intercession{H6293}{(H8799)} to the LORD{H3068} of hosts{H6635}, that the vessels{H3627} which are left{H3498}{(H8737)} in the house{H1004} of the LORD{H3068}, and in the house{H1004} of the king{H4428} of Judah{H3063}, and at Jerusalem{H3389}, go{H935}{(H8804)} not to Babylon{H894}.

And the LORD said{H559}{(H8799)}, Thou shalt entice{H6601}{(H8762)} him, and thou shalt also prevail{H3201}{(H8799)}: go out{H3318}{(H8798)}, and do{H6213}{(H8798)} even so. 22 Now therefore, behold, the LORD{H3068} hath put{H5414}{(H8804)} a lying{H8267} spirit{H7307} in the mouth{H6310} of these thy prophets{H5030}, and the LORD{H3068} hath spoken{H1696}{(H8765)} evil{H7451} against thee. 23 Then Zedekiah{H6667} the son{H1121} of Chenaanah{H3668} came near{H5066}{(H8799)}, and smote{H5221}{(H8686)} Micaiah{H4321} upon the cheek{H3895}, and said{H559}{(H8799)}, Which{H335} way{H1870} went{H5674}{(H8804)} the Spirit{H7307} of the LORD{H3068} from me to speak{H1696}{(H8763)} unto thee? 24 And Micaiah{H4321} said{H559}{(H8799)}, Behold, thou shalt see{H7200}{(H8802)} on that day{H3117} when thou shalt go{H935}{(H8799)} into an inner{H2315} chamber{H2315} to hide{H2244}{(H8736)} thyself.
Ezek 14:9-9 : 9 And if the prophet{H5030} be deceived{H6601}{(H8792)} when he hath spoken{H1696}{(H8765)} a thing{H1697}, I the LORD{H3068} have deceived{H6601}{(H8765)} that prophet{H5030}, and I will stretch out{H5186}{(H8804)} my hand{H3027} upon him, and will destroy{H8045}{(H8689)} him from the midst{H8432} of my people{H5971} Israel{H3478}. 10 And they shall bear{H5375}{(H8804)} the punishment of their iniquity{H5771}: the punishment{H5771} of the prophet{H5030} shall be even as the punishment{H5771} of him that seeketh{H1875}{(H8802)} unto him;
