Verse 4

Therefore, ye mountains{H2022} of Israel{H3478}, hear{H8085}{(H8798)} the word{H1697} of the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; Thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069} to the mountains{H2022}, and to the hills{H1389}, to the rivers{H650}, and to the valleys{H1516}, to the desolate{H8074}{(H8802)} wastes{H2723}, and to the cities{H5892} that are forsaken{H5800}{(H8737)}, which became a prey{H957} and derision{H3933} to the residue{H7611} of the heathen{H1471} that are round about{H5439};

Isa 64:10-11 : 10 Thy holy{H6944} cities{H5892} are a wilderness{H4057}, Zion{H6726} is a wilderness{H4057}, Jerusalem{H3389} a desolation{H8077}. 11 Our holy{H6944} and our beautiful{H8597} house{H1004}, where our fathers{H1} praised{H1984}{(H8765)} thee, is burned up{H8316} with fire{H784}: and all our pleasant things{H4261} are laid waste{H2723}.
Jer 25:9-9 : 9 Behold, I will send{H7971}{(H8802)} and take{H3947}{(H8804)} all the families{H4940} of the north{H6828}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}, and Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}, my servant{H5650}, and will bring{H935}{(H8689)} them against this land{H776}, and against the inhabitants{H3427}{(H8802)} thereof, and against all these nations{H1471} round about{H5439}, and will utterly destroy{H2763}{(H8689)} them, and make{H7760}{(H8804)} them an astonishment{H8047}, and an hissing{H8322}, and perpetual{H5769} desolations{H2723}. 10 Moreover I will take{H6}{(H8689)} from them the voice{H6963} of mirth{H8342}, and the voice{H6963} of gladness{H8057}, the voice{H6963} of the bridegroom{H2860}, and the voice{H6963} of the bride{H3618}, the sound{H6963} of the millstones{H7347}, and the light{H216} of the candle{H5216}. 11 And this whole land{H776} shall be a desolation{H2723}, and an astonishment{H8047}; and these nations{H1471} shall serve{H5647}{(H8804)} the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} seventy{H7657} years{H8141}. 12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy{H7657} years{H8141} are accomplished{H4390}{(H8800)}, that I will punish{H6485}{(H8799)} the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}, and that nation{H1471}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}, for their iniquity{H5771}, and the land{H776} of the Chaldeans{H3778}, and will make{H7760}{(H8804)} it perpetual{H5769} desolations{H8077}. 13 And I will bring{H935}{(H8689)} upon that land{H776} all my words{H1697} which I have pronounced{H1696}{(H8765)} against it, even all that is written{H3789}{(H8803)} in this book{H5612}, which Jeremiah{H3414} hath prophesied{H5012}{(H8738)} against all the nations{H1471}.
Jer 29:10 : 10 For thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068}, That after{H6310} seventy{H7657} years{H8141} be accomplished{H4390}{(H8800)} at Babylon{H894} I will visit{H6485}{(H8799)} you, and perform{H6965}{(H8689)} my good{H2896} word{H1697} toward you, in causing you to return{H7725}{(H8687)} to this place{H4725}.

Ezek 36:33-35 : 33 Thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; In the day{H3117} that I shall have cleansed{H2891}{(H8763)} you from all your iniquities{H5771} I will also cause you to dwell{H3427}{(H8689)} in the cities{H5892}, and the wastes{H2723} shall be builded{H1129}{(H8738)}. 34 And the desolate{H8074}{(H8737)} land{H776} shall be tilled{H5647}{(H8735)}, whereas it lay desolate{H8077} in the sight{H5869} of all that passed by{H5674}{(H8802)}. 35 And they shall say{H559}{(H8804)}, This{H1977} land{H776} that was desolate{H8074}{(H8737)} is become like the garden{H1588} of Eden{H5731}; and the waste{H2720} and desolate{H8074}{(H8737)} and ruined{H2040}{(H8737)} cities{H5892} are become fenced{H1219}{(H8803)}, and are inhabited{H3427}{(H8804)}.
2 Chr 36:17-21 : 17 Therefore he brought{H5927}{(H8686)} upon them the king{H4428} of the Chaldees{H3778}, who slew{H2026}{(H8799)} their young men{H970} with the sword{H2719} in the house{H1004} of their sanctuary{H4720}, and had no compassion{H2550}{(H8804)} upon young man{H970} or maiden{H1330}, old man{H2205}, or him that stooped for age{H3486}: he gave{H5414}{(H8804)} them all into his hand{H3027}. 18 And all the vessels{H3627} of the house{H1004} of God{H430}, great{H1419} and small{H6996}, and the treasures{H214} of the house{H1004} of the LORD{H3068}, and the treasures{H214} of the king{H4428}, and of his princes{H8269}; all these he brought{H935}{(H8689)} to Babylon{H894}. 19 And they burnt{H8313}{(H8799)} the house{H1004} of God{H430}, and brake down{H5422}{(H8762)} the wall{H2346} of Jerusalem{H3389}, and burnt{H8313}{(H8804)} all the palaces{H759} thereof with fire{H784}, and destroyed{H7843}{(H8687)} all the goodly{H4261} vessels{H3627} thereof. 20 And them that had escaped{H7611} from the sword{H2719} carried he away{H1540}{(H8686)} to Babylon{H894}; where they were servants{H5650} to him and his sons{H1121} until the reign{H4427}{(H8800)} of the kingdom{H4438} of Persia{H6539}: 21 To fulfil{H4390}{(H8763)} the word{H1697} of the LORD{H3068} by the mouth{H6310} of Jeremiah{H3414}, until the land{H776} had enjoyed{H7521}{(H8804)} her sabbaths{H7676}: for as long as{H3117} she lay desolate{H8074}{(H8715)} she kept sabbath{H7673}{(H8804)}, to fulfil{H4390}{(H8763)} threescore and ten{H7657} years{H8141}.
