This was the dedication{H2598} of the altar{H4196}, after{H310} that it was anointed{H4886}{(H8736)}. 89 And when Moses{H4872} was gone{H935}{(H8800)} into the tabernacle{H168} of the congregation{H4150} to speak{H1696}{(H8762)} with him, then he heard{H8085}{(H8799)} the voice{H6963} of one speaking{H1696}{(H8763)} unto him from off the mercy seat{H3727} that was upon the ark{H727} of testimony{H5715}, from between the two{H8147} cherubims{H3742}: and he spake{H1696}{(H8693)} unto him.

1 Kgs 18:31 : 31 And Elijah{H452} took{H3947}{(H8799)} twelve{H8147}{H6240} stones{H68}, according to the number{H4557} of the tribes{H7626} of the sons{H1121} of Jacob{H3290}, unto whom the word{H1697} of the LORD{H3068} came, saying{H559}{(H8800)}, Israel{H3478} shall be thy name{H8034}:

2 Chr 7:5 : 5 And king{H4428} Solomon{H8010} offered{H2076}{(H8799)} a sacrifice{H2077} of twenty{H6242} and two{H8147} thousand{H505} oxen{H1241}, and an hundred{H3967} and twenty{H6242} thousand{H505} sheep{H6629}: so the king{H4428} and all the people{H5971} dedicated{H2596}{(H8799)} the house{H1004} of God{H430}.

So the service{H5656} of the house{H1004} of the LORD{H3068} was set in order{H3559}{(H8735)}.
Rev 21:12 : 12 And{G5037} had{G2192}{(G5723)} a wall{G5038} great{G3173} and{G2532} high{G5308}, and had{G2192}{(G5723)} twelve{G1427} gates{G4440}, and{G2532} at{G1909} the gates{G4440} twelve{G1427} angels{G32}, and{G2532} names{G3686} written thereon{G1924}{(G5772)}, which{G3739} are{G2076}{(G5748)} the names of the twelve{G1427} tribes{G5443} of the children{G5207} of Israel{G2474}:
Luke 22:30 : 30 That{G2443} ye may eat{G2068}{(G5725)} and{G2532} drink{G4095}{(G5725)} at{G1909} my{G3450} table{G5132} in{G1722} my{G3450} kingdom{G932}, and{G2532} sit{G2523}{(G5667)} on{G1909} thrones{G2362} judging{G2919}{(G5723)} the twelve{G1427} tribes{G5443} of Israel{G2474}.
