Verse 18

They have not known{H3045}{(H8804)} nor understood{H995}{(H8799)}: for he hath shut{H2902}{(H8804)} their eyes{H5869}, that they cannot see{H7200}{(H8800)}; and their hearts{H3826}, that they cannot understand{H7919}{(H8687)}.
