Thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068}; Behold, I will give{H5414}{(H8802)} Pharaohhophra{H6548} king{H4428} of Egypt{H4714} into the hand{H3027} of his enemies{H341}{(H8802)}, and into the hand{H3027} of them that seek{H1245}{(H8764)} his life{H5315}; as I gave{H5414}{(H8804)} Zedekiah{H6667} king{H4428} of Judah{H3063} into the hand{H3027} of Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}, his enemy{H341}{(H8802)}, and that sought{H1245}{(H8764)} his life{H5315}.

Jer 34:21 : 21 And Zedekiah{H6667} king{H4428} of Judah{H3063} and his princes{H8269} will I give{H5414}{(H8799)} into the hand{H3027} of their enemies{H341}{(H8802)}, and into the hand{H3027} of them that seek{H1245}{(H8764)} their life{H5315}, and into the hand{H3027} of the king{H4428} of Babylon's{H894} army{H2428}, which are gone up{H5927}{(H8802)} from you.

go down{H3381}{(H8798)}, and be thou laid{H7901}{(H8713)} with the uncircumcised{H6189}. 20 They shall fall{H5307}{(H8799)} in the midst{H8432} of them that are slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}: she is delivered{H5414}{(H8738)} to the sword{H2719}: draw{H4900}{(H8798)} her and all her multitudes{H1995}. 21 The strong{H410} among the mighty{H1368} shall speak{H1696}{(H8762)} to him out of the midst{H8432} of hell{H7585} with them that help{H5826}{(H8802)} him: they are gone down{H3381}{(H8804)}, they lie{H7901}{(H8804)} uncircumcised{H6189}, slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}. 22 Asshur{H804} is there and all her company{H6951}: his graves{H6913} are about{H5439} him: all of them slain{H2491}, fallen{H5307}{(H8802)} by the sword{H2719}: 23 Whose graves{H6913} are set{H5414}{(H8738)} in the sides{H3411} of the pit{H953}, and her company{H6951} is round about{H5439} her grave{H6900}: all of them slain{H2491}, fallen{H5307}{(H8802)} by the sword{H2719}, which caused{H5414}{(H8804)} terror{H2851} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}. 24 There is Elam{H5867} and all her multitude{H1995} round about{H5439} her grave{H6900}, all of them slain{H2491}, fallen{H5307}{(H8802)} by the sword{H2719}, which are gone down{H3381}{(H8804)} uncircumcised{H6189} into the nether parts{H8482} of the earth{H776}, which caused{H5414}{(H8804)} their terror{H2851} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}; yet have they borne{H5375}{(H8799)} their shame{H3639} with them that go down{H3381}{(H8802)} to the pit{H953}. 25 They have set{H5414}{(H8804)} her a bed{H4904} in the midst{H8432} of the slain{H2491} with all her multitude{H1995}: her graves{H6913} are round about{H5439} him: all of them uncircumcised{H6189}, slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}: though their terror{H2851} was caused{H5414}{(H8737)} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}, yet have they borne{H5375}{(H8799)} their shame{H3639} with them that go down{H3381}{(H8802)} to the pit{H953}: he is put{H5414}{(H8738)} in the midst{H8432} of them that be slain{H2491}. 26 There is Meshech{H4902}, Tubal{H8422}, and all her multitude{H1995}: her graves{H6913} are round about{H5439} him: all of them uncircumcised{H6189}, slain{H2490}{(H8794)} by the sword{H2719}, though they caused{H5414}{(H8804)} their terror{H2851} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}. 27 And they shall not lie{H7901}{(H8799)} with the mighty{H1368} that are fallen{H5307}{(H8802)} of the uncircumcised{H6189}, which are gone down{H3381}{(H8804)} to hell{H7585} with their weapons{H3627} of war{H4421}: and they have laid{H5414}{(H8799)} their swords{H2719} under their heads{H7218}, but their iniquities{H5771} shall be upon their bones{H6106}, though they were the terror{H2851} of the mighty{H1368} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}. 28 Yea, thou shalt be broken{H7665}{(H8735)} in the midst{H8432} of the uncircumcised{H6189}, and shalt lie{H7901}{(H8799)} with them that are slain{H2491} with the sword{H2719}. 29 There is Edom{H123}, her kings{H4428}, and all her princes{H5387}, which with their might{H1369} are laid{H5414}{(H8738)} by them that were slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}: they shall lie{H7901}{(H8799)} with the uncircumcised{H6189}, and with them that go down{H3381}{(H8802)} to the pit{H953}. 30 There be the princes{H5257} of the north{H6828}, all of them, and all the Zidonians{H6722}, which are gone down{H3381}{(H8804)} with the slain{H2491}; with their terror{H2851} they are ashamed{H954}{(H8802)} of their might{H1369}; and they lie{H7901}{(H8799)} uncircumcised{H6189} with them that be slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}, and bear{H5375}{(H8799)} their shame{H3639} with them that go down{H3381}{(H8802)} to the pit{H953}. 31 Pharaoh{H6547} shall see{H7200}{(H8799)} them, and shall be comforted{H5162}{(H8738)} over all his multitude{H1995}, even Pharaoh{H6547} and all his army{H2428} slain{H2491} by the sword{H2719}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}. 32 For I have caused{H5414}{(H8804)} my terror{H2851} in the land{H776} of the living{H2416}: and he shall be laid{H7901}{(H8717)} in the midst{H8432} of the uncircumcised{H6189} with them that are slain{H2491} with the sword{H2719}, even Pharaoh{H6547} and all his multitude{H1995}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}.
Jer 46:13-26 : 13 The word{H1697} that the LORD{H3068} spake{H1696}{(H8765)} to Jeremiah{H3414} the prophet{H5030}, how Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} should come{H935}{(H8800)} and smite{H5221}{(H8687)} the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714}. 14 Declare{H5046}{(H8685)} ye in Egypt{H4714}, and publish{H8085}{(H8685)} in Migdol{H4024}, and publish{H8085}{(H8685)} in Noph{H5297} and in Tahpanhes{H8471}: say{H559}{(H8798)} ye, Stand fast{H3320}{(H8690)}, and prepare{H3559}{(H8685)} thee; for the sword{H2719} shall devour{H398}{(H8804)} round about{H5439} thee. 15 Why are thy valiant{H47} men swept away{H5502}{(H8738)}? they stood{H5975}{(H8804)} not, because the LORD{H3068} did drive{H1920}{(H8804)} them. 16 He made many{H7235}{(H8689)} to fall{H3782}{(H8802)}, yea, one{H376} fell{H5307}{(H8804)} upon another{H7453}: and they said{H559}{(H8799)}, Arise{H6965}{(H8798)}, and let us go again{H7725}{(H8799)} to our own people{H5971}, and to the land{H776} of our nativity{H4138}, from{H6440} the oppressing{H3238}{(H8802)} sword{H2719}. 17 They did cry{H7121}{(H8804)} there, Pharaoh{H6547} king{H4428} of Egypt{H4714} is but a noise{H7588}; he hath passed{H5674}{(H8689)} the time appointed{H4150}. 18 As I live{H2416}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the King{H4428}, whose name{H8034} is the LORD{H3068} of hosts{H6635}, Surely as Tabor{H8396} is among the mountains{H2022}, and as Carmel{H3760} by the sea{H3220}, so shall he come{H935}{(H8799)}. 19 O thou daughter{H1323} dwelling{H3427}{(H8802)} in Egypt{H4714}, furnish{H6213}{(H8798)} thyself to go into captivity{H3627}{H1473}: for Noph{H5297} shall be waste{H8047} and desolate{H3341}{(H8738)} without an inhabitant{H3427}{(H8802)}. 20 Egypt{H4714} is like a very fair{H3304} heifer{H5697}, but destruction{H7171} cometh{H935}{(H8804)}; it cometh out{H935}{(H8804)} of the north{H6828}. 21 Also her hired men{H7916} are in the midst{H7130} of her like fatted{H4770} bullocks{H5695}; for they also are turned back{H6437}{(H8689)}, and are fled away{H5127}{(H8804)} together{H3162}: they did not stand{H5975}{(H8804)}, because the day{H3117} of their calamity{H343} was come{H935}{(H8804)} upon them, and the time{H6256} of their visitation{H6486}. 22 The voice{H6963} thereof shall go{H3212}{(H8799)} like a serpent{H5175}; for they shall march{H3212}{(H8799)} with an army{H2428}, and come{H935}{(H8804)} against her with axes{H7134}, as hewers{H2404}{(H8802)} of wood{H6086}. 23 They shall cut down{H3772}{(H8804)} her forest{H3293}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}, though it cannot be searched{H2713}{(H8735)}; because they are more{H7231}{(H8804)} than the grasshoppers{H697}, and are innumerable{H369}{H4557}. 24 The daughter{H1323} of Egypt{H4714} shall be confounded{H3001}{(H8689)}; she shall be delivered{H5414}{(H8738)} into the hand{H3027} of the people{H5971} of the north{H6828}. 25 The LORD{H3068} of hosts{H6635}, the God{H430} of Israel{H3478}, saith{H559}{(H8804)}; Behold, I will punish{H6485}{(H8802)} the multitude{H527}{(H8676)}{H528} of No{H4996}, and Pharaoh{H6547}, and Egypt{H4714}, with their gods{H430}, and their kings{H4428}; even Pharaoh{H6547}, and all them that trust{H982}{(H8802)} in him: 26 And I will deliver{H5414}{(H8804)} them into the hand{H3027} of those that seek{H1245}{(H8764)} their lives{H5315}, and into the hand{H3027} of Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}, and into the hand{H3027} of his servants{H5650}: and afterward{H310} it shall be inhabited{H7931}{(H8799)}, as in the days{H3117} of old{H6924}, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the LORD{H3068}.

thou shalt not be brought together{H622}{(H8735)}, nor gathered{H6908}{(H8735)}: I have given{H5414}{(H8804)} thee for meat{H402} to the beasts{H2416} of the field{H776} and to the fowls{H5775} of the heaven{H8064}. 6 And all the inhabitants{H3427}{(H8802)} of Egypt{H4714} shall know{H3045}{(H8804)} that I am the LORD{H3068}, because they have been a staff{H4938} of reed{H7070} to the house{H1004} of Israel{H3478}. 7 When they took hold{H8610}{(H8800)} of thee by thy hand{H3709}, thou didst break{H7533}{(H8735)}, and rend{H1234}{(H8804)} all their shoulder{H3802}: and when they leaned{H8172}{(H8736)} upon thee, thou brakest{H7665}{(H8735)}, and madest all their loins{H4975} to be at a stand{H5976}{(H8689)}. 8 Therefore thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; Behold, I will bring{H935}{(H8688)} a sword{H2719} upon thee, and cut off{H3772}{(H8689)} man{H120} and beast{H929} out of thee. 9 And the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714} shall be desolate{H8077} and waste{H2723}; and they shall know{H3045}{(H8804)} that I am the LORD{H3068}: because he hath said{H559}{(H8804)}, The river{H2975} is mine, and I have made{H6213}{(H8804)} it. 10 Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers{H2975}, and I will make{H5414}{(H8804)} the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714} utterly{H2721} waste{H2723} and desolate{H8077}, from the tower{H4024} of Syene{H5482} even unto the border{H1366} of Ethiopia{H3568}. 11 No foot{H7272} of man{H120} shall pass through{H5674}{(H8799)} it, nor foot{H7272} of beast{H929} shall pass through{H5674}{(H8799)} it, neither shall it be inhabited{H3427}{(H8799)} forty{H705} years{H8141}. 12 And I will make{H5414}{(H8804)} the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714} desolate{H8077} in the midst{H8432} of the countries{H776} that are desolate{H8074}{(H8737)}, and her cities{H5892} among{H8432} the cities{H5892} that are laid waste{H2717}{(H8716)} shall be desolate{H8077} forty{H705} years{H8141}: and I will scatter{H6327}{(H8689)} the Egyptians{H4714} among the nations{H1471}, and will disperse{H2219}{(H8765)} them through the countries{H776}. 13 Yet thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; At the end{H7093} of forty{H705} years{H8141} will I gather{H6908}{(H8762)} the Egyptians{H4714} from the people{H5971} whither they were scattered{H6327}{(H8738)}: 14 And I will bring again{H7725}{(H8804)} the captivity{H7622} of Egypt{H4714}, and will cause them to return{H7725}{(H8689)} into the land{H776} of Pathros{H6624}, into the land{H776} of their habitation{H4351}; and they shall be there a base{H8217} kingdom{H4467}. 15 It shall be the basest{H8217} of the kingdoms{H4467}; neither shall it exalt{H5375}{(H8691)} itself any more above the nations{H1471}: for I will diminish{H4591}{(H8689)} them, that they shall no more rule{H7287}{(H8800)} over the nations{H1471}. 16 And it shall be no more the confidence{H4009} of the house{H1004} of Israel{H3478}, which bringeth{H2142} their iniquity{H5771} to remembrance{H2142}{(H8688)}, when they shall look{H6437}{(H8800)} after{H310} them: but they shall know{H3045}{(H8804)} that I am the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}. 17 And it came to pass in the seven{H7651} and twentieth{H6242} year{H8141}, in the first{H7223} month, in the first{H259} day of the month{H2320}, the word{H1697} of the LORD{H3068} came unto me, saying{H559}{(H8800)}, 18 Son{H1121} of man{H120}, Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} caused{H5647} his army{H2428} to serve{H5647}{(H8689)} a great{H1419} service{H5656} against Tyrus{H6865}: every head{H7218} was made bald{H7139}{(H8716)}, and every shoulder{H3802} was peeled{H4803}{(H8803)}: yet had he no wages{H7939}, nor his army{H2428}, for Tyrus{H6865}, for the service{H5656} that he had served{H5647}{(H8804)} against it: 19 Therefore thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; Behold, I will give{H5414}{(H8802)} the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714} unto Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894}; and he shall take{H5375}{(H8804)} her multitude{H1995}, and take{H7997}{(H8804)} her spoil{H7998}, and take{H962}{(H8804)} her prey{H957}; and it shall be the wages{H7939} for his army{H2428}. 20 I have given{H5414}{(H8804)} him the land{H776} of Egypt{H4714} for his labour{H6468} wherewith he served{H5647}{(H8804)} against it, because they wrought{H6213}{(H8804)} for me, saith{H5002}{(H8803)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}. 21 In that day{H3117} will I cause{H6779} the horn{H7161} of the house{H1004} of Israel{H3478} to bud forth{H6779}{(H8686)}, and I will give{H5414}{(H8799)} thee the opening{H6610} of the mouth{H6310} in the midst{H8432} of them; and they shall know{H3045}{(H8804)} that I am the LORD{H3068}.
