This was the inheritance{H5159} of the children{H1121} of Reuben{H7205} after their families{H4940}, the cities{H5892} and the villages{H2691} thereof. 24 And Moses{H4872} gave{H5414}{(H8799)} inheritance unto the tribe{H4294} of Gad{H1410}, even unto the children{H1121} of Gad{H1410} according to their families{H4940}. 25 And their coast{H1366} was Jazer{H3270}, and all the cities{H5892} of Gilead{H1568}, and half{H2677} the land{H776} of the children{H1121} of Ammon{H5983}, unto Aroer{H6177} that is before{H6440} Rabbah{H7237}; 26 And from Heshbon{H2809} unto Ramathmizpeh{H7434}, and Betonim{H993}; and from Mahanaim{H4266} unto the border{H1366} of Debir{H1688}; 27 And in the valley{H6010}, Betharam{H1027}, and Bethnimrah{H1039}, and Succoth{H5523}, and Zaphon{H6829}, the rest{H3499} of the kingdom{H4468} of Sihon{H5511} king{H4428} of Heshbon{H2809}, Jordan{H3383} and his border{H1366}, even unto the edge{H7097} of the sea{H3220} of Chinnereth{H3672} on the other side{H5676} Jordan{H3383} eastward{H4217}. 28 This is the inheritance{H5159} of the children{H1121} of Gad{H1410} after their families{H4940}, the cities{H5892}, and their villages{H2691}. 29 And Moses{H4872} gave{H5414}{(H8799)} inheritance unto the half{H2677} tribe{H7626} of Manasseh{H4519}: and this was the possession of the half{H2677} tribe{H4294} of the children{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519} by their families{H4940}. 30 And their coast{H1366} was from Mahanaim{H4266}, all Bashan{H1316}, all the kingdom{H4468} of Og{H5747} king{H4428} of Bashan{H1316}, and all the towns{H2333} of Jair{H2971}, which are in Bashan{H1316}, threescore{H8346} cities{H5892}: 31 And half{H2677} Gilead{H1568}, and Ashtaroth{H6252}, and Edrei{H154}, cities{H5892} of the kingdom{H4468} of Og{H5747} in Bashan{H1316}, were pertaining unto the children{H1121} of Machir{H4353} the son{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519}, even to the one half{H2677} of the children{H1121} of Machir{H4353} by their families{H4940}. 32 These are the countries which Moses{H4872} did distribute for inheritance{H5157}{(H8765)} in the plains{H6160} of Moab{H4124}, on the other side{H5676} Jordan{H3383}, by Jericho{H3405}, eastward{H4217}. 33 But unto the tribe{H7626} of Levi{H3878} Moses{H4872} gave{H5414}{(H8804)} not any inheritance{H5159}: the LORD{H3068} God{H430} of Israel{H3478} was their inheritance{H5159}, as he said{H1696}{(H8765)} unto them. 1 And these are the countries which the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} inherited{H5157}{(H8804)} in the land{H776} of Canaan{H3667}, which Eleazar{H499} the priest{H3548}, and Joshua{H3091} the son{H1121} of Nun{H5126}, and the heads{H7218} of the fathers{H1} of the tribes{H4294} of the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478}, distributed for inheritance{H5157}{(H8765)} to them. 2 By lot{H1486} was their inheritance{H5159}, as the LORD{H3068} commanded{H6680}{(H8765)} by the hand{H3027} of Moses{H4872}, for the nine{H8672} tribes{H4294}, and for the half{H2677} tribe{H4294}. 3 For Moses{H4872} had given{H5414}{(H8804)} the inheritance{H5159} of two{H8147} tribes{H4294} and an half{H2677} tribe{H4294} on the other side{H5676} Jordan{H3383}: but unto the Levites{H3881} he gave{H5414}{(H8804)} none inheritance{H5159} among{H8432} them. 4 For the children{H1121} of Joseph{H3130} were two{H8147} tribes{H4294}, Manasseh{H4519} and Ephraim{H669}: therefore they gave{H5414}{(H8804)} no part{H2506} unto the Levites{H3881} in the land{H776}, save cities{H5892} to dwell{H3427}{(H8800)} in, with their suburbs{H4054} for their cattle{H4735} and for their substance{H7075}. 5 As the LORD{H3068} commanded{H6680}{(H8765)} Moses{H4872}, so the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} did{H6213}{(H8804)}, and they divided{H2505}{(H8799)} the land{H776}.
Josh 21:43-44 : 43 And the LORD{H3068} gave{H5414}{(H8799)} unto Israel{H3478} all the land{H776} which he sware{H7650}{(H8738)} to give{H5414}{(H8800)} unto their fathers{H1}; and they possessed{H3423}{(H8799)} it, and dwelt{H3427}{(H8799)} therein. 44 And the LORD{H3068} gave them rest{H5117}{(H8799)} round about{H5439}, according to all that he sware{H7650}{(H8738)} unto their fathers{H1}: and there stood{H5975}{(H8804)} not a man{H376} of all their enemies{H341}{(H8802)} before{H6440} them; the LORD{H3068} delivered{H5414}{(H8804)} all their enemies{H341}{(H8802)} into their hand{H3027}.

Num 32:33-42 : 33 And Moses{H4872} gave{H5414}{(H8799)} unto them, even to the children{H1121} of Gad{H1410}, and to the children{H1121} of Reuben{H7205}, and unto half{H2677} the tribe{H7626} of Manasseh{H4519} the son{H1121} of Joseph{H3130}, the kingdom{H4467} of Sihon{H5511} king{H4428} of the Amorites{H567}, and the kingdom{H4467} of Og{H5747} king{H4428} of Bashan{H1316}, the land{H776}, with the cities{H5892} thereof in the coasts{H1367}, even the cities{H5892} of the country{H776} round about{H5439}. 34 And the children{H1121} of Gad{H1410} built{H1129}{(H8799)} Dibon{H1769}, and Ataroth{H5852}, and Aroer{H6177}, 35 And Atroth, Shophan{H5855}, and Jaazer{H3270}, and Jogbehah{H3011}, 36 And Bethnimrah{H1039}, and Bethharan{H1028}, fenced{H4013} cities{H5892}: and folds{H1448} for sheep{H6629}. 37 And the children{H1121} of Reuben{H7205} built{H1129}{(H8804)} Heshbon{H2809}, and Elealeh{H500}, and Kirjathaim{H7156}, 38 And Nebo{H5015}, and Baalmeon{H1186},(their names{H8034} being changed{H4142}{(H8716)},) and Shibmah{H7643}: and gave{H7121}{(H8799)} other names{H8034}{H8034} unto the cities{H5892} which they builded{H1129}{(H8804)}. 39 And the children{H1121} of Machir{H4353} the son{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519} went{H3212}{(H8799)} to Gilead{H1568}, and took{H3920}{(H8799)} it, and dispossessed{H3423}{(H8686)} the Amorite{H567} which was in it. 40 And Moses{H4872} gave{H5414}{(H8799)} Gilead{H1568} unto Machir{H4353} the son{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519}; and he dwelt{H3427}{(H8799)} therein. 41 And Jair{H2971} the son{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519} went{H1980}{(H8804)} and took{H3920}{(H8799)} the small towns{H2333} thereof, and called{H7121}{(H8799)} them Havothjair{H2334}. 42 And Nobah{H5025} went{H1980}{(H8804)} and took{H3920}{(H8799)} Kenath{H7079}, and the villages{H1323} thereof, and called{H7121}{(H8799)} it Nobah{H5025}, after his own name{H8034}.
Deut 3:1-9 : 1 Then we turned{H6437}{(H8799)}, and went up{H5927}{(H8799)} the way{H1870} to Bashan{H1316}: and Og{H5747} the king{H4428} of Bashan{H1316} came out{H3318}{(H8799)} against{H7125}{(H8800)} us, he and all his people{H5971}, to battle{H4421} at Edrei{H154}. 2 And the LORD{H3068} said{H559}{(H8799)} unto me, Fear{H3372}{(H8799)} him not: for I will deliver{H5414}{(H8804)} him, and all his people{H5971}, and his land{H776}, into thy hand{H3027}; and thou shalt do{H6213}{(H8804)} unto him as thou didst{H6213}{(H8804)} unto Sihon{H5511} king{H4428} of the Amorites{H567}, which dwelt{H3427}{(H8802)} at Heshbon{H2809}. 3 So the LORD{H3068} our God{H430} delivered{H5414}{(H8799)} into our hands{H3027} Og{H5747} also, the king{H4428} of Bashan{H1316}, and all his people{H5971}: and we smote{H5221}{(H8686)} him until none was left{H7604}{(H8689)} to him remaining{H8300}. 4 And we took{H3920}{(H8799)} all his cities{H5892} at that time{H6256}, there was not a city{H7151} which we took{H3947}{(H8804)} not from them, threescore{H8346} cities{H5892}, all the region{H2256} of Argob{H709}, the kingdom{H4467} of Og{H5747} in Bashan{H1316}. 5 All these cities{H5892} were fenced{H1219}{(H8803)} with high{H1364} walls{H2346}, gates{H1817}, and bars{H1280}; beside unwalled{H6521} towns{H5892} a great{H3966} many{H7235}{(H8687)}. 6 And we utterly destroyed{H2763}{(H8686)} them, as we did{H6213}{(H8804)} unto Sihon{H5511} king{H4428} of Heshbon{H2809}, utterly destroying{H2763}{(H8687)} the men{H4962}, women{H802}, and children{H2945}, of every city{H5892}. 7 But all the cattle{H929}, and the spoil{H7998} of the cities{H5892}, we took for a prey{H962}{(H8804)} to ourselves. 8 And we took{H3947} at that time{H6256} out{H3947}{(H8799)} of the hand{H3027} of the two{H8147} kings{H4428} of the Amorites{H567} the land{H776} that was on this side{H5676} Jordan{H3383}, from the river{H5158} of Arnon{H769} unto mount{H2022} Hermon{H2768}; 9 ( Which Hermon{H2768} the Sidonians{H6722} call{H7121}{(H8799)} Sirion{H8303}; and the Amorites{H567} call{H7121}{(H8799)} it Shenir{H8149};) 10 All the cities{H5892} of the plain{H4334}, and all Gilead{H1568}, and all Bashan{H1316}, unto Salchah{H5548} and Edrei{H154}, cities{H5892} of the kingdom{H4467} of Og{H5747} in Bashan{H1316}. 11 For only Og{H5747} king{H4428} of Bashan{H1316} remained{H7604}{(H8738)} of the remnant{H3499} of giants{H7497}; behold, his bedstead{H6210} was a bedstead{H6210} of iron{H1270}; is it not{H3808} in Rabbath{H7237} of the children{H1121} of Ammon{H5983}? nine{H8672} cubits{H520} was the length{H753} thereof, and four{H702} cubits{H520} the breadth{H7341} of it, after the cubit{H520} of a man{H376}. 12 And this land{H776}, which we possessed{H3423}{(H8804)} at that time{H6256}, from Aroer{H6177}, which is by the river{H5158} Arnon{H769}, and half{H2677} mount{H2022} Gilead{H1568}, and the cities{H5892} thereof, gave{H5414}{(H8804)} I unto the Reubenites{H7206} and to the Gadites{H1425}. 13 And the rest{H3499} of Gilead{H1568}, and all Bashan{H1316}, being the kingdom{H4467} of Og{H5747}, gave{H5414}{(H8804)} I unto the half{H2677} tribe{H7626} of Manasseh{H4519}; all the region{H2256} of Argob{H709}, with all Bashan{H1316}, which{H1931} was called{H7121}{(H8735)} the land{H776} of giants{H7497}. 14 Jair{H2971} the son{H1121} of Manasseh{H4519} took{H3947}{(H8804)} all the country{H2256} of Argob{H709} unto the coasts{H1366} of Geshuri{H1651} and Maachathi{H4602}; and called{H7121}{(H8799)} them after his own name{H8034}, Bashanhavothjair{H1316}{H2334}, unto this day{H3117}. 15 And I gave{H5414}{(H8804)} Gilead{H1568} unto Machir{H4353}. 16 And unto the Reubenites{H7206} and unto the Gadites{H1425} I gave{H5414}{(H8804)} from Gilead{H1568} even unto the river{H5158} Arnon{H769} half{H8432} the valley{H5158}, and the border{H1366} even unto the river{H5158} Jabbok{H2999}, which is the border{H1366} of the children{H1121} of Ammon{H5983}; 17 The plain{H6160} also, and Jordan{H3383}, and the coast{H1366} thereof, from Chinnereth{H3672} even unto the sea{H3220} of the plain{H6160}, even the salt{H4417} sea{H3220}, under Ashdothpisgah{H798}{(H8676)}{H794} eastward{H4217}.
Deut 3:20 : 20 Until the LORD{H3068} have given rest{H5117}{(H8686)} unto your brethren{H251}, as well as unto you, and until they also possess{H3423}{(H8804)} the land{H776} which the LORD{H3068} your God{H430} hath given{H5414}{(H8802)} them beyond{H5676} Jordan{H3383}: and then shall ye return{H7725}{(H8804)} every man{H376} unto his possession{H3425}, which I have given{H5414}{(H8804)} you.
Deut 12:9 : 9 For ye are not as yet come{H935}{(H8804)} to the rest{H4496} and to the inheritance{H5159}, which the LORD{H3068} your God{H430} giveth{H5414}{(H8802)} you.
