Verse 4

In whose eyes{H5869} a vile person{H3988}{(H8737)} is contemned{H959}{(H8737)}; but he honoureth{H3513}{(H8762)} them that fear{H3373} the LORD{H3068}. He that sweareth{H7650}{(H8738)} to his own hurt{H7489}{(H8687)}, and changeth{H4171}{(H8686)} not.
