From the children of Asher, by their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of names, from twenty years old and above, all who were able to go to war;

From the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of names, from twenty years old and above, all who were able to go to war;

These are those who were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, along with the leaders of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.

All who were numbered were six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty.

But the Levites, by their fathers' tribe, were not numbered among them.

For the LORD had spoken to Moses, saying,
