Verse 30

And if someone sitting down receives a revelation, the person who is speaking should conclude.

1 Thess 5:19-20 : 19 Do not extinguish the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt.
Job 32:11 : 11 Look, I waited for you to speak; I listened closely to your wise thoughts, while you were searching for words.
Job 32:15-20 : 15 Job’s Friends Failed to Answer“They are dismayed and cannot answer any more; they have nothing left to say. 16 And I have waited. But because they do not speak, because they stand there and answer no more, 17 I too will answer my part, I too will explain what I know. 18 For I am full of words, and the spirit within me constrains me. 19 Inside I am like wine which has no outlet, like new wineskins ready to burst! 20 I will speak, so that I may find relief; I will open my lips, so that I may answer.
Job 33:31-33 : 31 Pay attention, Job– listen to me; be silent, and I will speak. 32 If you have any words, reply to me; speak, for I want to justify you. 33 If not, you listen to me; be silent, and I will teach you wisdom.”
1 Cor 14:6 : 6 Now, brothers and sisters, if I come to you speaking in tongues, how will I help you unless I speak to you with a revelation or with knowledge or prophecy or teaching?
1 Cor 14:26 : 26 Church Order What should you do then, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each one has a song, has a lesson, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all these things be done for the strengthening of the church.
