Verse 13

Now look! Here is the king you have chosen– the one that you asked for! Look, the LORD has given you a king!

1 Sam 10:24 : 24 Then Samuel said to all the people,“Do you see the one whom the LORD has chosen? Indeed, there is no one like him among all the people!” All the people shouted out,“Long live the king!”
Hos 13:11 : 11 I granted you a king in my anger, and I will take him away in my wrath!
1 Sam 8:5 : 5 They said to him,“Look, you are old, and your sons don’t follow your ways. So now appoint over us a king to lead us, just like all the other nations have.”
1 Sam 9:20 : 20 Don’t be concerned about the donkeys that you lost three days ago, for they have been found. Whom does all Israel desire? Is it not you, and all your father’s family?”
1 Sam 11:15 : 15 So all the people went to Gilgal, where they established Saul as king in the LORD’s presence. They offered up peace offerings there in the LORD’s presence. Saul and all the Israelites were very happy.
Ps 78:29-31 : 29 They ate until they were beyond full; he gave them what they desired. 30 They were not yet filled up, their food was still in their mouths, 31 when the anger of God flared up against them. He killed some of the strongest of them; he brought the young men of Israel to their knees.
Acts 13:21 : 21 Then they asked for a king, and God gave them Saul son of Kish, a man from the tribe of Benjamin, who ruled forty years.
