Verse 23

So the LORD delivered Israel that day, and the battle shifted over to Beth Aven.

1 Sam 13:5 : 5 Meanwhile the Philistines gathered to battle with Israel. Then they went up against Israel with 3,000 chariots, 6,000 horsemen, and an army as numerous as the sand on the seashore. They went up and camped at Micmash, east of Beth Aven.
Exod 14:30 : 30 So the LORD saved Israel on that day from the power of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the shore of the sea.
Judg 2:18 : 18 When the LORD raised up leaders for them, the LORD was with each leader and delivered the people from their enemies while the leader remained alive. The LORD felt sorry for them when they cried out in agony because of what their harsh oppressors did to them.
2 Kgs 14:27 : 27 The LORD had not decreed that he would blot out Israel’s memory from under heaven, so he delivered them through Jeroboam son of Joash.
Ps 44:6-8 : 6 For I do not trust in my bow, and I do not prevail by my sword. 7 For you deliver us from our enemies; you humiliate those who hate us. 8 In God we boast all day long, and we will continually give thanks to your name.(Selah)
Hos 1:7 : 7 But I will have pity on the nation of Judah. I will deliver them by the LORD their God; I will not deliver them by the warrior’s bow, by sword, by military victory, by chariot horses, or by chariots.”
