Verse 11

and Saul threw the spear, thinking,“I’ll nail David to the wall!” But David escaped from him on two different occasions.

1 Sam 20:33 : 33 Then Saul threw his spear at Jonathan in order to strike him down. So Jonathan was convinced that his father had decided to kill David.
Isa 54:17 : 17 No weapon forged to be used against you will succeed; you will refute everyone who tries to accuse you. This is what the LORD will do for his servants– I will vindicate them,” says the LORD.
Luke 4:30 : 30 But he passed through the crowd and went on his way.
John 8:59 : 59 Then they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus was hidden from them and went out from the temple area.
John 10:39 : 39 Then they attempted again to seize him, but he escaped their clutches.
Ps 37:32-33 : 32 Evil men set an ambush for the godly and try to kill them. 33 But the LORD does not surrender the godly, or allow them to be condemned in a court of law.
Prov 27:4 : 4 Wrath is cruel and anger is overwhelming, but who can stand before jealousy?
1 Sam 19:9-9 : 9 Then an evil spirit from the LORD came upon Saul. He was sitting in his house with his spear in his hand, while David was playing the lyre. 10 Saul tried to nail David to the wall with the spear, but he escaped from Saul’s presence and the spear drove into the wall. David escaped quickly that night.
