Verse 23

So Saul went to Naioth in Ramah. The Spirit of God came upon him as well, and he walked along prophesying until he came to Naioth in Ramah.

1 Sam 10:10 : 10 When Saul and his servant arrived at Gibeah, a company of prophets was coming out to meet him. Then the Spirit of God rushed upon Saul and he prophesied among them.
1 Sam 19:20 : 20 So Saul sent messengers to capture David. When they saw a company of prophets prophesying with Samuel standing there as their leader, the Spirit of God came upon Saul’s messengers, and they also prophesied.
Prov 16:9 : 9 A person plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps.

Num 23:5 : 5 Then the LORD put a message in Balaam’s mouth and said,“Return to Balak, and speak what I tell you.”
Num 24:2 : 2 When Balaam lifted up his eyes, he saw Israel camped tribe by tribe; and the Spirit of God came upon him.
