Verse 20

Sure enough, the next morning, at the time of the morning sacrifice, water came flowing down from Edom and filled the land.

Exod 29:39-40 : 39 The first lamb you are to prepare in the morning, and the second lamb you are to prepare around sundown. 40 With the first lamb offer a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil from pressed olives, and a fourth of a hin of wine as a drink offering.

Ps 78:15-16 : 15 He broke open rocks in the wilderness, and gave them enough water to fill the depths of the sea. 16 He caused streams to flow from the rock, and made the water flow like rivers.
Ps 78:20 : 20 Yes, he struck a rock and water flowed out, streams gushed forth. But can he also give us food? Will he provide meat for his people?”
Isa 35:6-7 : 6 Then the lame will leap like a deer, the mute tongue will shout for joy; for water will burst forth in the wilderness, streams in the arid rift valley. 7 The dry soil will become a pool of water, the parched ground springs of water. Where jackals once lived and sprawled out, grass, reeds, and papyrus will grow.
