Verse 13

Each of them quickly took off his cloak and they spread them out at Jehu’s feet on the steps. The trumpet was blown and they shouted,“Jehu is king!”

1 Kgs 1:34 : 34 There Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet will anoint him king over Israel; then blow the trumpet and declare,‘Long live King Solomon!’
1 Kgs 1:39 : 39 Zadok the priest took a horn filled with olive oil from the tent and poured it on Solomon; the trumpet was blown and all the people declared,“Long live King Solomon!”
2 Sam 15:10 : 10 Then Absalom sent spies through all the tribes of Israel who said,“When you hear the sound of the horn, you may assume that Absalom rules in Hebron.”
Matt 21:7-8 : 7 They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them, and he sat on them. 8 A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road. Others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.
Mark 11:7-8 : 7 Then they brought the colt to Jesus, threw their cloaks on it, and he sat on it. 8 Many spread their cloaks on the road and others spread branches they had cut in the fields.
Ps 47:5-7 : 5 God has ascended his throne amid loud shouts; the LORD has ascended amid the blaring of ram’s horns. 6 Sing to God! Sing! Sing to our king! Sing! 7 For God is king of the whole earth! Sing a well-written song!
Ps 98:6 : 6 With trumpets and the blaring of the ram’s horn, shout out praises before the king, the LORD!
