Verse 27

But my servant has slandered me to my lord the king. But my lord the king is like an angel of God. Do whatever seems appropriate to you.

2 Sam 14:17 : 17 So your servant said,‘May the word of my lord the king be my security, for my lord the king is like the angel of God when it comes to deciding between right and wrong! May the LORD your God be with you!’”
2 Sam 14:20 : 20 Your servant Joab did this so as to change this situation. But my lord has wisdom like that of the angel of God, and knows everything that is happening in the land.”
2 Sam 16:3 : 3 The king asked,“Where is your master’s grandson?” Ziba replied to the king,“He remains in Jerusalem, for he said,‘Today the house of Israel will give back to me my grandfather’s kingdom.’”
1 Sam 29:9 : 9 Achish replied to David,“I am convinced that you are as reliable as the angel of God! However, the leaders of the Philistines have said,‘He must not go up with us in the battle.’
Exod 20:16 : 16 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
Ps 15:3 : 3 He does not slander, or do harm to others, or insult his neighbor.
Ps 101:5 : 5 I will destroy anyone who slanders his neighbor in secret. I will not tolerate anyone who has a haughty demeanor and an arrogant attitude.
Jer 9:4 : 4 Everyone must be on his guard around his friends. He must not even trust any of his relatives. For every one of them will find some way to cheat him. And all of his friends will tell lies about him.
