Verse 5

Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, together with Moses’ sons and his wife, came to Moses in the wilderness where he was camping by the mountain of God.

Exod 3:1 : 1 Now Moses was shepherding the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the desert and came to the mountain of God, to Horeb.
Exod 3:12 : 12 He replied,“Surely I will be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I have sent you: When you bring the people out of Egypt, you and they will serve God at this mountain.”
Exod 19:11 : 11 and be ready for the third day, for on the third day the LORD will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.
Exod 19:20 : 20 The LORD came down on Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain, and the LORD summoned Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
Exod 24:16-17 : 16 The glory of the LORD resided on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days. On the seventh day he called to Moses from within the cloud. 17 Now the appearance of the glory of the LORD was like a devouring fire on the top of the mountain in plain view of the people.
1 Kgs 19:8 : 8 So he got up and ate and drank. That meal gave him the strength to travel forty days and forty nights until he reached Horeb, the mountain of God.
