Verse 1

The Birth of the Deliverer A man from the household of Levi married a woman who was a descendant of Levi.

Num 26:59 : 59 Now the name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed, daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt. And to Amram she bore Aaron, Moses, and Miriam their sister.
1 Chr 6:1-3 : 1 Levi’s Descendants(5:27) The sons of Levi:Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. 2 The sons of Kohath:Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. 3 The children of Amram:Aaron, Moses, and Miriam.The sons of Aaron:Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
1 Chr 23:12-14 : 12 The sons of Kohath:Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel– four in all. 13 The sons of Amram:Aaron and Moses.Aaron and his descendants were chosen on a permanent basis to consecrate the most holy items, to offer sacrifices before the LORD, to serve him, and to praise his name. 14 The descendants of Moses the man of God were considered Levites.
Exod 6:16-20 : 16 Now these are the names of the sons of Levi, according to their records: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.(The length of Levi’s life was 137 years.) 17 The sons of Gershon, by their families, were Libni and Shimei. 18 The sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.(The length of Kohath’s life was 133 years.) 19 The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi. These were the clans of Levi, according to their records. 20 Amram married his father’s sister Jochebed, and she bore him Aaron and Moses.(The length of Amram’s life was 137 years.)
