Verse 38

and the gold altar, and the anointing oil, and the fragrant incense; and the curtain for the entrance to the tent;

Exod 30:7 : 7 Aaron is to burn sweet incense on it morning by morning; when he attends to the lamps he is to burn incense.
Exod 31:11 : 11 the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the Holy Place. They will make all these things just as I have commanded you.”
Exod 35:8 : 8 olive oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense,
Exod 37:29 : 29 He made the sacred anointing oil and the pure fragrant incense, the work of a perfumer.
2 Chr 2:4 : 4 Look, I am ready to build a temple to honor the LORD my God and to dedicate it to him in order to burn fragrant incense before him, to set out the bread that is regularly displayed, and to offer burnt sacrifices each morning and evening, and on Sabbaths, new moon festivals, and at other times appointed by the LORD our God. This is something Israel must do on a permanent basis.
