Verse 5

I have also heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.

Exod 2:24 : 24 God heard their groaning, God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob,
Ps 106:44-45 : 44 Yet he took notice of their distress, when he heard their cry for help. 45 He remembered his covenant with them, and relented because of his great loyal love.
