If I have walked in falsehood, and if my foot has hastened to deceit–

Ps 4:2 : 2 You men, how long will you try to turn my honor into shame? How long will you love what is worthless and search for what is deceptive?(Selah)
Ps 7:3-5 : 3 O LORD my God, if I have done what they say, or am guilty of unjust actions, 4 or have wronged my ally, or helped his lawless enemy, 5 may an enemy relentlessly chase me and catch me; may he trample me to death and leave me lying dishonored in the dust.(Selah)
Ps 12:2 : 2 People lie to one another; they flatter and deceive.
Ps 44:20-21 : 20 If we had rejected our God, and spread out our hands in prayer to another god, 21 would not God discover it, for he knows one’s thoughts?
Prov 12:11 : 11 The one who works his field will have plenty of food, but whoever chases daydreams lacks sense.
Jer 2:5 : 5 This is what the Lord says:“What fault could your ancestors have possibly found in me that they strayed so far from me? They paid allegiance to worthless idols, and so became worthless to me.

Mic 2:11 : 11 If a lying windbag should come and say,‘I’ll promise you blessings of wine and beer,’ he would be just the right preacher for these people!
