Verse 37

When John’s two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus.

Rom 10:17 : 17 Consequently faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the preached word of Christ.

John 1:43 : 43 The Calling of More Disciples On the next day Jesus wanted to set out for Galilee. He found Philip and said to him,“Follow me.”
John 4:39-42 : 39 The Samaritans Respond Now many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the report of the woman who testified,“He told me everything I ever did.” 40 So when the Samaritans came to him, they began asking him to stay with them. He stayed there two days, 41 and because of his word many more believed. 42 They said to the woman,“No longer do we believe because of your words, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this one really is the Savior of the world.”
Rev 22:17 : 17 And the Spirit and the bride say,“Come!” And let the one who hears say:“Come!” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wants it take the water of life free of charge.
Prov 15:23 : 23 A person has joy in giving an appropriate answer, and a word at the right time– how good it is!
Eph 4:29 : 29 You must let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but only what is beneficial for the building up of the one in need, that it would give grace to those who hear.
