Verse 20

Achan told Joshua,“It is true. I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel in this way:

Gen 42:21 : 21 They said to one another,“Surely we’re being punished because of our brother, because we saw how distressed he was when he cried to us for mercy, but we refused to listen. That is why this distress has come on us!”
Exod 10:16 : 16 Then Pharaoh quickly summoned Moses and Aaron and said,“I have sinned against the LORD your God and against you!
Num 22:34 : 34 Balaam said to the angel of the LORD,“I have sinned, for I did not know that you stood against me in the road. So now, if it is evil in your sight, I will go back home.”
