Verse 5

So they took what Moses had commanded to the front of the Meeting Tent and the whole congregation presented them and stood before the LORD.

Exod 19:17 : 17 Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet God, and they took their place at the foot of the mountain.
Deut 31:12 : 12 Gather the people– men, women, and children, as well as the resident foreigners in your villages– so they may hear and thus learn about and fear the LORD your God and carefully obey all the words of this law.
1 Chr 15:3 : 3 David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem to bring the ark of the LORD up to the place he had prepared for it.

Neh 8:1 : 1 The People Respond to the Reading of the Law When the seventh month arrived and the Israelites were settled in their cities, all the people gathered together in the plaza which was in front of the Water Gate. They asked Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses which the LORD had commanded Israel.
