Verse 22

The Lord’s Supper While they were eating, he took bread, and after giving thanks he broke it, gave it to them, and said,“Take it. This is my body.”

Gen 41:26 : 26 The seven good cows represent seven years, and the seven good heads of grain represent seven years. Both dreams have the same meaning.
