They immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.

Matt 10:37 : 37 “Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Luke 14:26 : 26 “If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother, and wife and children, and brothers and sisters, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:33 : 33 In the same way therefore not one of you can be my disciple if he does not renounce all his own possessions.
2 Cor 5:16 : 16 So then from now on we acknowledge no one from an outward human point of view. Even though we have known Christ from such a human point of view, now we do not know him in that way any longer.
