Verse 24

for riches do not last forever, nor does a crown last from generation to generation.

Prov 23:5 : 5 When you gaze upon riches, they are gone, for they surely make wings for themselves, and fly off into the sky like an eagle!
Isa 9:7 : 7 His dominion will be vast and he will bring immeasurable prosperity. He will rule on David’s throne and over David’s kingdom, establishing it and strengthening it by promoting justice and fairness, from this time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies will accomplish this.
Zeph 1:18 : 18 Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s angry judgment. The whole earth will be consumed by his fiery wrath. Indeed, he will bring terrifying destruction on all who live on the earth.”
1 Tim 6:17-18 : 17 Command those who are rich in this world’s goods not to be haughty or to set their hope on riches, which are uncertain, but on God who richly provides us with all things for our enjoyment. 18 Tell them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous givers, sharing with others.
Jas 1:10 : 10 But the rich person’s pride should be in his humiliation, because he will pass away like a wildflower in the meadow.
2 Sam 7:16 : 16 Your house and your kingdom will stand before me permanently; your dynasty will be permanent.’”
Ps 89:36 : 36 His dynasty will last forever. His throne will endure before me, like the sun,
