Verse 3

Bind them on your forearm; write them on the tablet of your heart.

Prov 3:3 : 3 Do not let mercy and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.
Isa 30:8 : 8 Now go, write it down on a tablet in their presence, inscribe it on a scroll, so that it might be preserved for a future time as an enduring witness.
