Verse 9

Give instruction to a wise person, and he will become wiser still; teach a righteous person and he will add to his learning.

Prov 1:5 : 5 (Let the wise also hear and gain instruction, and let the discerning acquire guidance!)
Matt 13:11-12 : 11 He replied,“You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but they have not. 12 For whoever has will be given more, and will have an abundance. But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.
2 Pet 3:18 : 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the honor both now and on that eternal day.
1 John 2:20-21 : 20 Nevertheless you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. 21 I have not written to you that you do not know the truth, but that you do know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Prov 25:12 : 12 Like an earring of gold and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover to the ear of the one who listens.
