Verse 84

How long must your servant endure this? When will you judge those who pursue me?

Job 7:6-8 : 6 My days are swifter than a weaver’s shuttle and they come to an end without hope. 7 Remember that my life is but a breath, that my eyes will never again see happiness. 8 The eye of him who sees me now will see me no more; your eyes will look for me, but I will be gone.
Ps 7:6 : 6 Stand up angrily, LORD! Rise up with raging fury against my enemies! Wake up for my sake and execute the judgment you have decreed for them!
Ps 39:4-5 : 4 “O LORD, help me understand my mortality and the brevity of life! Let me realize how quickly my life will pass! 5 Look, you make my days short-lived, and my life span is nothing from your perspective. Surely all people, even those who seem secure, are nothing but vapor.(Selah)
Ps 89:47-48 : 47 Take note of my brief lifespan! Why do you make all people so mortal? 48 No man can live on without experiencing death, or deliver his life from the power of Sheol.(Selah)
Ps 90:12 : 12 So teach us to consider our mortality, so that we might live wisely.
Rev 6:10-11 : 10 They cried out with a loud voice,“How long, Sovereign Master, holy and true, before you judge those who live on the earth and avenge our blood?” 11 Each of them was given a long white robe and they were told to rest for a little longer, until the full number was reached of both their fellow servants and their brothers who were going to be killed just as they had been.
