Verse 8

They will fall down, but we will stand firm.

Judg 5:31 : 31 May all your enemies perish like this, O LORD! But may those who love you shine like the rising sun at its brightest!” And the land had rest for forty years.
Ps 34:21-22 : 21 Evil people self-destruct; those who hate the godly are punished. 22 The LORD rescues his servants; all who take shelter in him escape punishment.
Ps 125:1 : 1 A song of ascents. Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved and will endure forever.
Ps 146:5-9 : 5 How blessed is the one whose helper is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God, 6 the one who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, who remains forever faithful, 7 vindicates the oppressed, and gives food to the hungry. The LORD releases the imprisoned. 8 The LORD gives sight to the blind. The LORD lifts up all who are bent over. The LORD loves the godly. 9 The LORD protects the resident foreigner; he lifts up the fatherless and the widow, but he opposes the wicked.
Jer 17:7-8 : 7 My blessing is on those people who trust in me, who put their confidence in me. 8 They will be like a tree planted near a stream whose roots spread out toward the water. It has nothing to fear when the heat comes. Its leaves are always green. It has no need to be concerned in a year of drought. It does not stop bearing fruit.
Mic 7:8 : 8 Jerusalem Will Be Vindicated My enemies, do not gloat over me! Though I have fallen, I will get up. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.
