Verse 13

The LORD watches from heaven; he sees all people.

Job 28:24 : 24 For he looks to the ends of the earth and observes everything under the heavens.
Ps 11:4 : 4 The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD’s throne is in heaven. His eyes watch; his eyes examine all people.
Ps 14:2 : 2 The LORD looks down from heaven at the human race, to see if there is anyone who is wise and seeks God.
Ps 53:2 : 2 God looks down from heaven at the human race, to see if there is anyone who is wise and seeks God.
Ps 102:19 : 19 For he will look down from his sanctuary above; from heaven the LORD will look toward earth,
Prov 15:3 : 3 The eyes of the LORD are in every place, keeping watch on those who are evil and those who are good.
Jer 23:23-24 : 23 Do you people think that I am some local deity and not the transcendent God?” the LORD asks. 24 “Do you really think anyone can hide himself where I cannot see him?” the LORD asks.“Do you not know that I am everywhere?” the LORD asks.
Lam 3:50 : 50 until the LORD looks down from heaven and sees what has happened.
Heb 4:13 : 13 And no creature is hidden from God, but everything is naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must render an account.
Gen 6:12 : 12 God saw the earth, and indeed it was ruined, for all living creatures on the earth were sinful.
