Verse 9

I do not need to take a bull from your household or goats from your sheepfolds.

Ps 69:31 : 31 That will please the LORD more than an ox or a bull with horns and hooves.
Isa 43:23-24 : 23 You did not bring me lambs for your burnt offerings; you did not honor me with your sacrifices. I did not burden you with offerings; I did not make you weary by demanding incense. 24 You did not buy me aromatic reeds; you did not present to me the fat of your sacrifices. Yet you burdened me with your sins; you made me weary with your evil deeds.
Mic 6:6-8 : 6 With what should I enter the LORD’s presence? With what should I bow before the sovereign God? Should I enter his presence with burnt offerings, with year-old calves? 7 Will the LORD accept a thousand rams, or ten thousand streams of olive oil? Should I give him my firstborn child as payment for my rebellion, my offspring– my own flesh and blood– for my sin? 8 He has told you, O man, what is good, and what the LORD really wants from you: He wants you to carry out justice, to love faithfulness, and to live obediently before your God.
Acts 17:25 : 25 nor is he served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives life and breath and everything to everyone.
Heb 10:4-6 : 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. 5 So when he came into the world, he said,“Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me. 6 “Whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings you took no delight in.
