Verse 23

Do not disregard what your enemies say, or the unceasing shouts of those who defy you.

Ps 65:7 : 7 You calm the raging seas and their roaring waves, as well as the commotion made by the nations.
Isa 37:29 : 29 Because you rage against me and the uproar you create has reached my ears, I will put my hook in your nose, and my bridle between your lips, and I will lead you back the way you came.”
